Payment Method

We accept INTERAC e-Transfer. In the future we are planning to add credit card and cryptocurrency payment options, stay tuned for this!  

We make ordering online easy. Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with easy-to-follow instructions on how to send your e-Transfer. 

INTERAC e-Transfer Send Money for Businesses

Once we get a confirmation that your INTERAC E-transfer is successfully received, the Pandas will start working on your order. If we get your payment before 12PM, we will ship it the same day. Otherwise, we will ship your order the following business day.

Please note that it may take up to 3 hours (depending on your bank) for INTERAC E-transfer to be processed and reflected on our end. 


Sorry, orders are only shipped at this time. You cannot pick up your order from us.

All packages are shipped and delivered by Canada Post via XpressPost with a tracking number.

You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped out with Canada Post via email.

Your order will not be trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The tracking should show up by the end of the business day.

If you place your order before 12 PM EST, we will ship it the same day!

Note: Canada Post operates Monday to Friday only, as such we do not ship packages out on the weekend. Feel free to make your order, we will process it through the weekend and ship it out on the following Monday.

Please note that we will not be held liable for lost orders due to:

  • mistakes by the postal office (unless you purchased optional shipping insurance)
  • wrong address/unit # provided to us
  • stolen packages after delivery

If you have not receive your package within 48 hours after the “Successful Delivered” status, let us know and we will investigate with Canada Post which takes about 5-7 business days.
